Service

Refers to our website at quantumedu.co.in and all enrollment counselling services provided by Quantum Education Solutions.

User

The individual accessing or using our Service, or any legal entity on whose behalf the individual is acting.

2. Nature of Service

Quantum Education Solutions is an authorized enrollment partner for various UGC-recognized universities. We are not a university and do not award degrees ourselves. All degrees are awarded by the respective partner universities. Our role is to provide free academic counselling, admission assistance, documentation support, enrollment facilitation and post-enrollment student support.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We specialize in helping students with year gaps, low percentages and failed academic years — subject to each university's admission policies.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the enquiry and admission process. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your admission by the university concerned.

5. Fees and Payments

Our counselling service is 100% free. We do not charge any consultation or registration fees. University admission fees are paid directly to the respective university and are governed by that university's fee and refund policy. Quantum Education Solutions has no control over university fee structures or refunds.

While we strive to guide every student to a suitable program, Quantum Education Solutions does not guarantee admission to any university. Final admission decisions rest solely with the respective university based on their eligibility criteria.

8. Third-Party Universities

We are not responsible for any changes in university policies, program availability, fee structures, examination schedules or degree recognition that occur after enrollment. Students are advised to verify current information directly with the university.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, graphics and course information — is the intellectual property of Quantum Education Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Education Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service or reliance on information provided on this website.

11. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
